Dear MUN Directors and School Boards,
On behalf of Wolfert Tweetalig and the WolfMUN 2026 Board of Directors, I am delighted to invite you and your students to the first-ever edition of WolfMUN, which will take place from 10–12 April 2026 at Wolfert Tweetalig in Rotterdam.
As many of you may already know, a Model United Nations (MUN) conference offers an incredible opportunity for students to take on the roles of international diplomats, discussing key global issues. Each student represents a country as its UN delegate—proposing resolutions, negotiating with other delegates, and engaging in open debate to reach shared solutions.
After several years of organizing our own internal MUN and participating in other conferences both in the Netherlands and abroad, we are thrilled to open our doors to students from other schools for our inaugural WolfMUN. Our goal is to create a dynamic and engaging MUN experience—one that welcomes both seasoned participants and beginners alike.
WolfMUN will be a three-day conference featuring seven committees, including two General Assemblies (GA1 and GA3), UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Human Rights Committee (HRC), Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), Security Council (SC) and Crisis Committee (CC). The delegate fee is €40, which covers beginner workshops, 2.5 days of debate, 2 days of lunch, and an exciting WolfMUN party.
The conference will be held entirely in English at our bilingual school, Wolfert Tweetalig, located in the heart of Rotterdam.
We warmly invite you to join us at WolfMUN 2026. Please complete the registration form available at the bottom of this letter by 12 December, 2025. Please ensure that you also provide consent for our Data Protection Policy.
A follow-up mailing for all confirmed participants will be sent in February 2026, containing delegation assignments, the Programme of Events, and additional details. This information will also be available on our website and social media channels.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at dsge.wolfmun@gmail.com. We would be happy to provide any further information you may need.
We are excited to welcome you to Rotterdam for what we are confident will be an inspiring and memorable first edition of WolfMUN!
Warm regards,
Eveanna Wenas, Deputy Secretary General External
